Are your metal signs custom made?

Yes. Most of our metal signs are custom made to order, which means each piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Will I receive a proof before my sign is made?

If your design requires a proof, we will send you a digital proof for approval before production begins. Production will not start until you approve the final proof.

What am I responsible for checking on my proof?

It is your responsibility to carefully review your approved proof, including:

Spelling and grammar

Names, dates, and numbers

Layout, size, and design details

Once approved, the proof is considered final.

Can I make changes after I approve my proof?

No. Once a proof is approved and production has started, changes or corrections cannot be made.

What if there is a spelling or design error on my sign?

We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof, including spelling, grammar, or design issues. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

Will my sign look exactly like the photos?

Because metal is a natural material and each piece is handmade, minor variations in color, finish, or texture may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Do you ship outside Canada?

No. At this time, we ship within Canada only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on where you live in Canada. We are in New Brunswick Canada. Shipping is based as follows:

Canada - Atlantic (NB, NS, NFLD, and PEI): 2-4 business days

Canada - Central (QC and ON): 4-6 business days
-
Canada - West (BC, AB, MB, SK): 7-10 business days
-
Canada - North (YT, NU, NT): 6-14 business days

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.

How long does it take to make my sign?

All signs are custom made to order. Production typically takes 10 business days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-14 business days, depending on your location in Canada

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We currently use Canada Post to ensure economical shipping costs

Do you ship to remote or rural areas?

Yes, but delivery may take a little longer for remote locations.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us (sales@ccmetalworks.ca) within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can help right away.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because our items are custom made, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

What if my sign arrives damaged or defective?
-
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. -
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
