Refund and Return Policy

As all of our metal signs are custom made to order, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

 

Custom Orders – Final Sale

All custom and personalized items are final sale. Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

 

Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility

For custom designs that require a proof, a digital proof will be provided prior to production.  Production will begin only after final proof approval.  It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the approved proof, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling and grammar

  • Names, dates, and numbers

  • Layout, size, and overall design

Once a proof is approved, it is considered final.

 

Errors After Approval

We are not responsible for spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, or design issues that were present in the approved proof. Changes or corrections cannot be made after approval or once production has started.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us (sales@ccmetalworks.ca) within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

 

Design & Material Variations

Due to the nature of metal and the manufacturing process, minor variations in color, finish, texture, or weld marks may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.

 

Questions Before Approval

If you have any questions or need changes, please request them before approving your proof. We are happy to work with you to ensure your sign is exactly what you want before production begins.
