Custom Order, Design , and Returns Policy
 

Due to the fact most of our metal signs are custom made to order, we want to make sure everything is exactly right before production begins.

Proof Approval
For custom designs that require a proof, a digital proof will be provided for your review. Production will only begin after you approve the final proof.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the approved proof, including:

  • Spelling and grammar

  • Dates, names, and numbers

  • Layout, size, and design details

Once a proof is approved, it is considered final.

 

Errors After Approval
We are not responsible for spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, or design issues that were present in the approved proof. Changes or corrections cannot be made after approval and once production has started.

 

No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom items, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us (sales@ccmetalworks.ca) within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.  If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.  Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

 

Design Variations
Minor variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to the nature of metal and the manufacturing process. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.

 

Questions Before Approval
If you have any questions or need changes, please request them before approving your proof. We’re happy to help make sure your sign is perfect.
