Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is based on where you live in Canada. We are in New Brunswick Canada. Shipping is based as follows:
- Canada - Atlantic (NB, NS, NFLD, and PEI): 2-4 business days
- Canada - Central (QC and ON): 4-6 business days
- Canada - West (BC, AB, MB, SK): 7-10 business days
- Canada - North (YT, NU, NT): 6-12 business days
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Production Time
All of our metal signs are custom made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary slightly depending on order volume and customization details.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-14 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We currently use Canada Post to ensure economical shipping costs - you will receive tracking information once item(s) are shipped

Remote Locations
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us (sales@ccmetalworks.ca) within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include photos of any damage so we can assist you promptly.
